A new letter is comming out called The Green News. It shall be comming out every fourth
night. It will inform you on what is happening around the school.
Today the Green Team have been collecting sycamores.
The Green Team are working hard, trying to help our school. We are hoping to do an assembly shortly… we may need your help! We’ve also just recieved a new jumper as part of our uniform for green team duties and visits.Â
“You don’t have any idea who we are… so here’s a picture of the new Green Team”
We just wanted to let you know that we have made some changes..
You will now find a suggestion box on the Green Team table in the hall.Â
Also we are starting to monitor the lights around the school. If we see lights on, in a classroom and their is nobody in it… a reminder message will be left.Â
Watch this space!!!
Hello we’re back for another year and I’m looking for some new recruits from Year 6 to come and join the Green Team. All those interested should meet in the Millenium room at Thursday Lunch at 12.00 (or whenever Miss Gibson has finished with you!).
Look forward to seeing you! Â

Well done green team, I hope you found it useful!
The willow structure was the clear winner of things to do next. However due to it having a trim already we have nothing to weave. We will have to wait for the willow to grow now! Sorry.Â
However I think it will be good to investigate these Spanish compost bags, do you agree?
Today Carme came to talk to the Green Team about the recycling in Spain. She brought along some special compost bags that turn organic material into compost. It was very exciting, and she has given the Green Team some bags to try out in school. Hopefully on Monday, members of the Green Team will collect left over lunches in the bags and we’re going to see what happens.Â

Thanks to all the children who turned up and participated in Fridays Green Team. It was a lovely day and we have made some great bird feeders which we will put around school. On Thursday the green team will be helping the nursery make some different bird feeders, as they are currently finding out about ‘people who help us’. They wrote a letter to Green Team asking if they could help them attract more birds into their garden area.Â
